Gurteen Harris Tweed Jacket, Lovat with Gold/Red Herringbone

Description Single Breasted two button Harris Tweed Jacket by Gurteen. The Harris tweed is around 13oz per yard, it has plenty of bulk and so is very insular. The base colour is a Lovat green first woven for the estate of Lord Lovat in the early 1800's. There is a wonderful depth of colour and the over check has a wonderous combination of rust, limestone and cobalt shades. The blue makes a great match with denim, so is an ideal choice to wear with an open collar and a simple piece of lightweight knitwear. The lining is in a mid navy blue and the framed facing is acented with a contrasted columbia stitch.
